How a 團購 group buy works
A group buy lets Markato friends & family order products we don't hold in stock yet. Group buys run weekly: we collect paid orders until the Sunday 23:59 (HKT) cutoff, place one order with the brand for exactly what was ordered, and the next round opens straight away.
- Price: the same friends & family price as ready stock, shown against the Hong Kong RRP.
- Payment: in full at checkout, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or FPS 轉數快. FPS orders are confirmed once we receive your payment; FPS orders still unpaid at the cutoff may be cancelled.
- Cutoff: every Sunday at 23:59 Hong Kong time. The countdown on each group-buy item shows the time left in the current round.
- Delivery: group-buy items ship about 1–2 weeks after the cutoff, by SF Express. We'll email you when your order ships.
- Cancelling: contact us before the Sunday cutoff and we'll refund you in full. After the cutoff we've placed that week's order with the brand, so it can't be cancelled.
- If a group buy doesn't go ahead (for example, a supply issue), we refund you in full to your original payment method.
- Mixed orders: you can order group-buy and in-stock items together. In-stock items ship first (1–3 working days) and group-buy items follow. You pay shipping once.
- Shipping: free SF Express delivery in Hong Kong on orders over HK$499; HK$50 below.
團購如何運作
團購讓 Markato 親友訂購我們尚未有現貨的產品。團購每週進行：我們會收集至星期日 23:59（香港時間）為止的已付款訂單，按實際數量一次過向品牌訂貨，新一輪團購隨即開始。
- 價錢：與現貨相同的親友價，並列出香港建議零售價作比較。
- 付款：結帳時全數付款，可用信用卡、Apple Pay、Google Pay 或轉數快 FPS。轉數快訂單會於確認收款後處理；截單時仍未付款的轉數快訂單或會被取消。
- 截單：逢星期日 23:59（香港時間）。每件團購貨品的倒數顯示本輪剩餘時間。
- 送貨：團購貨品約於截單後1–2星期以順豐寄出，寄出時我們會以電郵通知你。
- 取消：請於星期日截單前聯絡我們，可獲全數退款。截單後我們已向品牌訂貨，當週訂單將無法取消。
- 如團購未能成團（例如供貨出現問題），我們會以原付款方式全數退款。
- 混合訂單：團購與現貨可同時訂購。現貨會先寄出（1–3個工作天），團購貨品隨後寄出，運費只收一次。
- 運費：香港順豐送貨，訂單滿 HK$499 免運費，不足收 HK$50。
