Markato staff, their family and friends. Request access; once a Markato admin approves you, sign in with your email (one-time code, no password).

How does a 團購 group buy work?

Order and pay any time at the same friends & family price. Each group buy closes on Sunday at 23:59 (HKT): we place one order with the brand and your items ship about 1–2 weeks later. The next round opens straight away.

What if a group buy doesn't go ahead?

You get a full refund to your original payment method.

Can I cancel a group-buy order?

Yes, before the Sunday 23:59 cutoff. Contact us and we'll refund you in full. After the cutoff we've ordered from the brand, so that week's orders can't be cancelled.

Can I order group-buy and in-stock items together?

Yes. In-stock items ship first (1–3 working days) and group-buy items follow when they arrive. You only pay shipping once.
